For Daniel · JOBCO Paving

Your lead system, in 10 minutes.

Everything you need to run JOBCO leads from your phone. The system does the first reply and the follow-ups. Your job is to answer the call, talk to people, and keep each lead in the right stage.

Step 1

Get the app and log in

  1. Find the login invite we sent to zakharovd2009@gmail.com and set your password.
  2. Install the LeadConnector app from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Log in with that email and password, then pick JOBCO Paving if it asks for an account.
  4. Allow notifications. That's how you'll see new leads and replies.
On a computer, log in at login.optechsol.llc. Same email and password.

Step 2

What happens when a lead comes in

You don't have to do anything for the first reply. Here's what the system does on its own:

  1. The lead goes into the JOBCO Leads pipeline as New Lead, assigned to you, with the date and source saved.
  2. They get an email from JOBCO right away. They get a text only if they agreed to texts.
  3. You get a text and an email with their name, phone and what they need.
  4. Mon to Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM: your phone rings. Answer and you're connected to the lead. After hours, the call waits for the next business morning.
  5. No answer from them? They get a follow-up on day 3 and a last check-in on day 7. It stops the moment they reply.
The one thing that matters most: answer that call. A lead you reach in the first few minutes is far more likely to book than one you call back tomorrow.

Step 3

Your daily 5-minute check

  1. Conversations: reply to anyone waiting. Every text and email from a lead lands here.
  2. Opportunities: look at the JOBCO Leads board. Drag each lead you worked today to its new stage.
  3. Bidding: anyone you quoted this week should be in Bidding. The system follows up on the quote for you.

Step 4

Stages, and what each one does

Moving a lead to the right stage is what keeps the follow-ups correct. Some stages start messages on their own.

StageMove it here whenWhat happens on its own
New LeadAutomatic for new leadsFirst email, alert to you, your phone rings
ContactedAutomatic after the call connects, or move it once you talkDay 3 and day 7 follow-ups stop once they reply
BookedA site visit is on the calendarReminder the day before the visit
MetYou've done the site visitNothing. Send the quote next
BiddingYou've sent the quoteQuote follow-ups on day 2, 5 and 10, then a reminder to you
WonThey said yesReview request 3 days later
LostThey said no, or it's a bad leadAll follow-ups stop
To book a visit for someone, send them this link: On Site Inspection booking. When they book, the lead moves to Booked by itself.

Step 5

Marking Won and Lost

This is how Ben sees which lead sources actually make money. It only works if every closed lead gets marked.

Won

  1. Open the lead in Opportunities.
  2. Type the job amount in Opportunity Value. Example: 8500.
  3. Set the status to Won and save.

Lost

  1. Set the status to Lost.
  2. Add a one-line note on why: price, timing, went with someone else, bad lead, never answered.

Step 6

Quick replies (snippets)

Ready-made messages so you don't have to type the same thing every time. In a conversation, tap the snippets button next to the message box and pick one. Edit it if you need to, then send.
